Bleach and carpet do not mix. When they do you have two options to repair it. The first option is Carpet Dyeing. It works great if the carpet is in good condition and if the bleach stain is at least 3-4 weeks old. Fresh bleach stains will not absorb the dye properly. The second option is a Carpet Repair. That is where the damaged area would be cut out and a new piece of carpet would be permanently grafted in.
